Diamond Lake is an unincorporated community in Pend Oreille County, Washington, located southwest of Newport. The community is built around Diamond Lake, a 754.4-acre natural lake located in the area north of U.S. Route 2. There are many Diamond Lake WA Houses for sale.   • Watersports/Fishing: Diamond Lake is a popular water sports and fishing spot. The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife stocks the lake with an average of 20,000 rainbow trout and 10,000 triploid and brown trout each year.
